Yoghurt Rye Bread Millefeuille (Chocolate & Date)
This bread uses Valrhona chocolate which is known as one of the worlds famous chocolates.
We also use South Australian Organic Semi-dried Date between our yoghurt Rye, like Millefeuille.
The combination of our elastic dough and chocolate is great and everybody (from kids
to adults) can enjoy this taste.

Point ! WE USE French Valrhona Chocolate. Valrhona was established in 1922 in France.
The secret of it's delicious taste comes from the origin of the Cocoa, just like wine. To obtain this beautiful cocoa Valrhona travelled the world
and found the best farms. They contracted with these excellent farms all over the world. They cultivate, harvest, ferment, dry and
select the beans with the local staff.
