Cinnamon Raisin Square Bread
We use high grade Cinnamon (Peter Watson) and South Australian Organic dried raisins
for this bread. We make this bread into a square shape. Square shape is not popular in
Australia but this shape is really cute and easy to keep and good for presentation. So it is
popular shape in Japan now.
This is bread but we use natural Sake-lees yeast and high grade ingredients so that this taste
is more cake than bread. Rich and gorgeous!
Cut thick and toast for a couple of minutes so you can enjoy the deeper flavours.
